You will have the pleasure of choosing from the following:

Appetizer: 

• Summer Salad - Organic mix greens, fresh berries, candied pecans, queso, mango-pico. Tossed in champagne vinaigrette dressing
• Sugar Cane Filet - Center cut tenderloin medallion marinated with chile de arbol crema suace, served over white rice. Topped with mango-pico & tamarindo glaze

Main Course:

• Del Mar Seabass - Pan seared Chilean Seabass with chef's chile de arbol crema sauce, sauteèd spinach. Served over Veracruz white rice & sauteèd baby vegetables 
• Lobster Enchiladas - Lobster meat, sauteèd with roasted onions and peppers, garlic butter sauce. Topped with serrano tomatillo cream sauce 
• New York Steak - NYS served with chorizo mashed potatoes, salsa morrita & sauteèd vegetables

Dessert:

• Butter Cake - Warm butter cake served with chocolate abuelita mousse

As a convenience, we kindly request an RSVP fee of $120 per person, which includes all taxes, tips, and fees for your meal.  The only things that aren't included are the Margaritas.

This is a black-tie affair: Tuxedos or dark suits for all guests.
